wb games says theyre going to kick it into hyperdrive with mk bc theyre down 3mil+ in revenue and mk is one of their cashcows or smth. im just saying though that if you want people to buy your game make the game good quality lol. and that includes the writing. hire another writer. spend money to earn money. among other things (ik that people have huge issues with the actual fighting mechanics of this game + the roster is very bare bones, especially when it comes to female fighters) if people actually are having fun with the story again then the marketing of the game will take care of itself

All the Sokolenko are born in cradles of thorn. 1942. Mykola was struck with blast injury when he accidentally detonated an entire minefield, turning 10 Germans into one-time astronauts. The bigwigs up above, they gave him a medal, a quarantine hut, and a Georgian nurse called Medea by his side. Two week in and they found themselves cuddling together in bed. Two years in and Medea vanished in the maws of the Reich, while Mykola sobbed under the mask of a cool, calculating soldier. Eight years in and they knocked together a home, an unadorned thing, a bare nest on a bare tree, for themselves and a Jewish orphan boy. Fifteen years in and Mykola was alone. Again. 1992. Rusudan scrubbed off the blood scarlet smudged lipstick marks round the corner of her mouth with a forcefulness that surprised herself. She had just made out with her husband Kaspars in the middle of a Sukhumi forest moments ago, intensely as if they were the wildlife they were studying, intensely as if it might be their last time. Last time…Why had those words occurred to her? The woman shook her head at the unfinished thought - all the mess and debacle with the troubles in Abkhazia shouldn't be getting to her like this, it was supposed to be their day, it was supposed to be their day. Even if there had been gunshots right behind your backs…a treacherous voice squeaked faintly in her head. All of a sudden, Kaspars froze besides Rusudan, jaw clenched and eyes blown wide, in the middle of what she now realised as a bosky, shadowy canopy. Gennadiy leant back on the creaky plane seat, fiddling with a Christmas card sent early, by Father, of course - the old man was afraid of all things late ever since Mother's death. Just some days ago he was singing his head off with all his colleagues in the Army Choir; his head still buzzed with echoes of the applaud; that bel canto movement of yours would move a heart of stone, so they said. He cared not a whit - now he was feeling quite nauseous indeed from the stuffy air, and already he was longing for the fresh sea breezes of Sochi, which the plane left just minutes ago. And out of the blue a hand clawed at Gennadiy's shoulder, just when fretful whispers were devolving into a savage uproar. It was clammy, shaky, and Gennadiy was frightened to see that his whole body was feeling just the same. And yet, he himself barely understood the panic till he saw the Black Sea growing nearer, nearer, nearer, through the jittering window, God above are there any lifeboats or what, guys we are crashing down the fucking sea, send the fucking SOS stop screaming stop screaming, now what the fuck was that boom- 2022. Sergey gazed at the virgin soil upturned of the frost-laced dirt road across a barren forest, the morning sun smothered by steely snow. His thoughts were bursting in odds and ends, but as long as it lasted he would be able to distract himself from the cold air and the rickety truck. This is where great grandpa called home, apparently, thought the young man. Who's gonna tell him his great grandson is also spilling blood over fascists in the very same land? His face broke into a bitter grin most decidedly unfitting for a young man barely out of university. To think he and I will be fighting against the same bunch, a century apart…Sergey glanced backwards; all his fellow boys were asleep, the sleep of battered men to whom peace was flitting. The young soldier toned his grin down to a weak twitch in the mouth and went back to guarding, the cold steel of rifle pressing against soft palms. And at that moment, as the snow spun and the soldiers snored and the wheels creaked and the winds howled, Sergey thought longingly of a time-locked drawer at home, containing nothing but a letter and a scrapbook. It was for his newborn son. All the Sokolenko are born in cradles of thorn.

AU where Rimmer and lister are together before Lister goes into stasis.

Lister mentions Rimmer in his “everyone’s dead?” Bit. But under a different feeling. The whole “she was my dream girl. She was in me plans” part would be about rimmer.

Listers reaction when Rimmer shows up as his hologram. But then they can’t touch.

Maybe when they go to the alternate universe where Lister would hook up with himself he hooks up with lady Rimmer? Or still him self but Rimmer is a bit mad, maybe understanding in the long run.

Same for when Rimmer is with Nivara? Rimmer and Lister had been a bit rocky after the twins left. Like most parents who lose kids. Then the whole Nivara thing happens with the holo ship. Part of why Rimmer comes back to the bug is that he realized he my care for and even love Nivara but he loves Lister above all. It also gives him a better perspective of why lister would hookup with deb. Having someone to touch and all, after not being able to touch, it does things to you.

When Rimmer gets his hard light upgrade they have to relearn being together. They hadn’t been together long before stasis and the 3mil years in space. Getting to relearn each other and relearn physically sharing a space together. Also years have passed and they’ve both changed a bit. So they might have to work through that.

When Ace comes to ask Rimmer to take his place they have to have a long talk about it. How the universe needs an Ace and the current one can’t get to another one. So Rimmer leaves even though they finally have each other. Neither is sure if it’s the right choice but they know it’s what the universe probably needs.

Lister misses Rimmer for real after. The episode “blue” would take on new meanings.

Then can you imagine how Lister would feel seeing nano Rimmer? He’s finally more ok with not having his Rimmer and here is his original Rimmer when their relationship was new. Before Lister know everything there was to know about Rimmer. This Rimmer barely even knows Lister really. They’ve only just been going out for a few weeks/months from his view.

BTE would be very different. Maybe Listers happy ending would be to have his original Rimmer back, the one who left to be Ace. But he chooses nano holo Rimmer because of what they’ve built. I’d like to believe that rimmer in BTE and onward is our ace Rimmer. But who knows. I think in the show it’s implied that it’s nano Rimmer.

I imagin starting again with nano Rimmer would be weird and hard but would also be a bit like in the show. Lister doesn’t have any of the baggage from the years of soft light. Not with this Rimmer. So they can almost skip some steps and be closer. Like with their friendship in the show in series 8.

Series X-XII would be true old married couple no mater which Rimmer is present.

The whole Mighty Light and moon/sun stuff from Promised Land would be so sweet too. Rimmer being faced with his being a hologram and what that means to some, it brings up old wounds and insecurities. The moon/sun speech would be more about being in love and all. (Like it’s not already! 😂😉)

well at least 3mil people out of ~6mil left on the initial announcement and a lot of people are always asking “who’s this?” or “where’s claire/lulu/dd/etc.?” when non-ch videos get posted, so i’d say that there’s a good chance a lot of viewers will catch on and the new owners probably know they messed up, they just don’t know or refuse to understand how extraordinarily

they can only post compilations of old content so many times, you know?

but, yes, it’s infuriating that they refuse to acknowledge the damage they’ve done and how they’ve continued to let greed cloud their minds, for who knows what at this point. they can barely get over 100k views on videos in a week now (which means the 3mil subs they still have are mostly inactive, probably)

anyway, all this to say that as long as the good souls who still bother to check cream heroes spam claire’s new channels in the comments, she’ll probably gain a good following back (kittisaurus has 2.75mil and her personal channel has 1.13mil, so she’s getting there !)

Today we figured out that despite the assurances of the landlord, the dryers in this building do not get hot enough to kill bedbugs and now their sheer impossible immortality despite treatment after treatment of the home itself suddenly makes a horrible kind of sense.

No one here is physically capable of going to the laundromat enough to get rid of them. We have barely managed getting to the laundry room.

We have to move within 2 months.

It’s looking like we won’t be able to get rid of them before we move.

The people we’ll be living with are disabled themselves, have carpet, and just cannot fucking get bedbugs.

In order to not spread them, I think we will have to replace our clothes and anything else that might harbour them.  We’re packing our most special items with poison and we’ll keep it double or triple wrapped in plastic for a year. Almost everything else will have to be replaced or lived without.

Our freezer apparently doesn’t get cold enough to kill them. The oven doesn’t go lower than 200F, and my clothes are mostly microfiber which starts to melt well below that. I can soak a few items in rubbing alcohol, but I don’t actually know where I could dry them to completely avoid risk of reinfestation.

The poison only works when there’s enough air circulation so it’s too risky to depend on that alone for something like a bag of fabric - it’s also dangerous to breathe so we’re only using it inside 3mil bags packed in sealed plastic totes.

I’m so goddamn tired and meanwhile my sister can’t afford her medication and I’ve already sent her all I can afford to send right now because the move was gonna be fucking expensive even without this wrinkle cuz the new place is a couple states away. And I’m dealing with my own medical stuff and a lot of very stressful stuff with family and friends.

And I’m not resting enough so I feel like I’m physically dying every moment of every day and I can’t TELL anyone that because they’re all stressed out about me not being able to do the things they need me to do because there’s no one else to do them.

The fact that he said "yall forget i had 3mil in vine", no offense but nobody fucking cares about vine and few remember him from there because not everyone had vine. Vine was vine, youtube is youtube and once viners made that transition, they all essentially started from scratch. SNC went from having a mil or more on vine to 100,000 on youtube. You have to work for those numbers like nobody cares about your 6 second video of nonsense from 2012. Even the Paul brothers said they had to get all those people back one they transitioned. Plus Corey isnt a real youtuber, homeboy barely posts on youtube and takes massive breaks in between. He was doing tiktok and dropped it, then twitch and dropped it. i thought that was so weird that he said that. i get that he meant 'i'm not using snc bc i had more followers than them' or whatever but like.... vine was 5 years ago. no one cares how many followers you had on there. snc only got to a mil before vine died.... and now they have 5 mil on just youtube alone.

and that's how i feel. the reason he hasn't been able to reach the same success he once had is bc he is not consistent with his uploads. he was when they first moved into the trap house, but after a while he stopped doing that and became stagnant and just wasn't posting. it could be for a lot of reasons, but nonetheless, he didn't post as often, and thus his youtube following suffered.

i don't think he ever used snc. do i think at one point he saw the success that they were getting with ghost hunting and wanted to have it as well and thus started doing ghost hunting with aaron? yeah. i don't think he copied them bc they aren't the originators of ghost hunting in general but also on youtube. but it was weird timing for him to literally in one video say 'i don't want to do this anymore' and then immediately start doing it with someone else.

Yo at any fgo followers I have: if you aren’t equipped to kill the 6mil, or even the 3mil right now, don’t worry.  If you don’t miss much bp, the event gives out enough for you to easily get the ladder, especially once you start buying out the shop. And its always worth to do the 6mil, even if you can’t kill it, provided you can deal 4mil damage to it.  While that might sound hard, trust me, if you have the right servants, its easy.  On the first run of this in NA I barely had anything and was still able to last the 6mil/kill it eventually.

if you have cu, st george, mash, and maybe protocu and cursed arm leveled, you can stall and tank.  have georgios and mash taunt for ibaraki np, use a support waver for more tankiness and damage, and use cu as your main damage dealer.  itll take a bit to get used to it, but you can stall out the 15 turns with some luck and craft essences
